Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking and packing tasks with 99.9% accuracy to ensure timely customer delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying inventory counts against packing slips.
- Assist in inventory management cycles and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and mandatory weekend availability.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (certification provided upon hire if no prior experience).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for scanning and labeling.
