Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship merchandise to meet daily production targets with zero errors.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using modern WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts, including Saturday and Sunday nights.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
