Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Inspect goods for quality assurance and package them securely for transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa facility.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
