Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are stored, picked, and shipped accurately and efficiently during our high-volume night operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and load/unload incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory levels and track stock.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and spot checks to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating Weekends and Night Shifts (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
