Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately and efficiently during the night shift hours.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license may be required for vehicle operation duties.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
