- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload delivery trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stockrooms efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues.
- Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
