Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stock within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure product availability.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspection and maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends on a rotating basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
