Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and maintain accurate stock records.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) as required and certified.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Documentation: Must provide a valid driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and follow written instructions.
