Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently during night hours.
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming stock with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as required by the night supervisor.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of inventory and operational status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends (Saturday/Sunday required).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (CDL or Class A/B/C) is a plus but we offer training for qualified candidates.
