Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure accurate inventory placement.
- Utilize handheld scanners to manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in real-time.
- Perform daily quality control checks to ensure all shipments meet our high standards of excellence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and inventory reconciliation.
- Handle package sorting and distribution with speed and precision during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
