Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inbound and outbound inventory counts and record keeping.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to time constraints.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends is mandatory.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software (preferred).
- Valid forklift certification (will train if no experience, but preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
