Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and our clients receive their orders accurately. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery using proper packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory management systems as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
