Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely operate material handling equipment and manual loading techniques to ensure timely distribution.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily production targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays during the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Age: At least 18 years old.
