Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily production targets with zero errors.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in a fast-paced setting.
- Documentation: Ability to read and interpret safety labels and work instructions.
