Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo integrity and organization.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily fulfillment targets and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock organization and rotation.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on hard surfaces.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
