Responsibilities
- Load, unload, pick, pack, and scan products accurately to ensure order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently during night operations.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding night shift operations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Complete daily paperwork and timekeeping logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates immediately.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
