Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated zones to ensure accuracy.
- Verify orders against picking tickets and prepare items for shipment.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
