Job Summary
As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly during off-hours. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of inventory and ensuring our clients receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques.
- Inventory Management: Sort, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse to maintain optimal storage conditions.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Data Entry: Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory counts in real-time.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
