Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate order picking, packing, and labeling.
- Night Operations: Maintain high productivity levels during night shifts to meet daily and weekly KPI targets.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts (if certified) and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets customer specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team and supervisors to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts and night hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate uneven surfaces.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
