Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort freight efficiently during the night shift to meet daily targets.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and compliantly.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Collaborate with the night team to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends and night shifts reliably.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license preferred for site access.
