Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts and Weekends (Friday-Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
