Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating Saturday, Sunday, and overnight shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
