Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet operational demands.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends, with a highly flexible schedule.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
