Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently during the night shift.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying cargo against delivery manifests.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
