Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets via phone and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for enterprise-level clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Document all resolutions and customer feedback within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in support tickets and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical support is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
