Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries and support tickets during evening hours.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
- Conduct nightly inventory audits and quality control checks.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
