Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily night shift operations to ensure 100% uptime and optimal workflow.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to maintain high productivity levels.
- Coordinate inventory management and stock placement, ensuring accuracy for both regional and West Coast (Oakland) distribution.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to minimize workplace accidents.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer service issues during the night cycle.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to drive team engagement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Must be available to work Night Shift and Weekend shifts consistently.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with shipping lanes connecting Oakland, CA and the East Coast is a major plus.
- Ability to operate warehouse management software and scanning devices.
