Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Direct and coordinate daily activities of the night shift crew to ensure production targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a zero-accident workplace environment.
