Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and physical patrols
- Respond swiftly to security incidents and emergency situations
- Enforce venue access protocols and ID verification
- Document incidents with detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Operate emergency equipment (fire alarms, first aid)
- Provide professional customer service to guests
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Security Officer license
- Minimum 1-year security experience
- Availability for Friday-Sunday nights (10PM-6AM)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug-free
