Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and foot patrols during weekend night shifts
- Screen visitors and enforce access control protocols
- Respond to security incidents with de-escalation techniques
- Prepare detailed incident reports and shift documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct perimeter checks and alarm system verification
- Maintain constant radio communication with central dispatch
Qualifications
- Active DC Security Guard License (SPO #)
- Minimum 1 year security experience
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Clear criminal background check
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in surveillance technology
- Valid driver's license
