Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and deter unauthorized activity through regular patrols and surveillance
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergency situations
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Operate security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors during night hours
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Security License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year security or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for report writing
