- Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile clientele
- Conduct routine safety inspections of assigned areas
Qualifications
- Valid NYS Security Guard License (required)
- Minimum 1-year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in using surveillance technology and reporting software
- Excellent physical stamina for standing/walking throughout shifts
- Ability to obtain Fireguard certification within 30 days
- Fluent English communication skills
