Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and patrols to prevent security breaches
- Respond to alarms and incidents following established protocols
- Document daily activities in detailed incident reports
- Verify visitor credentials and maintain access control logs

- Conduct routine property inspections for safety hazards
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid Pennsylvania Guard Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts

- Reliable transportation to worksite
