Responsibilities
- Patrol commercial properties and monitor surveillance systems during overnight hours
- Respond swiftly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate activity logs
- Provide professional customer service to clients and visitors
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Conduct access control and verify credentials at entry points

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with high school diploma/GED
- Valid Oregon Security License (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations
