Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and enforce access control policies at high-traffic Boston venues
- Conduct regular security patrols and incident response during weekend evening hours
- Operate surveillance systems and document security activities via digital reporting
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional security presence
- Complete detailed shift reports and maintain security logs
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Security License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security experience or equivalent military/law enforcement background
- Ability to work independently during weekend nights (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Strong observational skills and conflict resolution abilities
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Proficient in using surveillance technology and reporting software
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
