Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and foot patrols during weekend overnight shifts
- Respond to security incidents and emergency situations with professionalism
- Access control management for commercial/residential properties
- Complete detailed incident reports and shift documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed
- Maintain communication with central dispatch and team members
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during overnight shifts
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun nights)
