Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations accurately
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, mobility, meals)
- Respond to patient call bells and emergency alerts promptly
- Collaborate with nursing staff for care plan implementation
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Stock and inventory medical supplies during shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Previous healthcare experience a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening
