Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and quality control during the night shift.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Manage and train a small team of warehouse associates, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts) as required to move materials efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or team leadership.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends, with a strong attendance record.
- Valid Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management software.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
