Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor inventory levels and update stock records in real-time.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on all outbound shipments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity and inventory turnover.
- Assist in training new hires and maintaining a positive team culture during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
