Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain organized storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, forklifts, and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols during night operations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure correct labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be willing to work rotating night shifts and flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
