Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely and efficiently handle inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper documentation.
- Shift Leadership: Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment during overnight hours.
- Equipment Handling: Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on products and packaging to maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start, including night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekend shifts.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license.
