Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality assurance checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure workflow continuity and meet daily production targets.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required by business needs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or point-of-sale systems.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
