Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on all outbound orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory and operations.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
