Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify and scan incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory turnover and order fulfillment.
- Perform routine quality checks on products before packing and labeling.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
