Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises and monitor surveillance systems during weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations with professional de-escalation techniques
- Verify visitor credentials and enforce access control protocols at high-traffic venues
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs using digital systems
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Conduct safety equipment checks and ensure compliance with security protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors while maintaining professional presence
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Security Officer License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain alert during night hours
- Proficient in using surveillance technology and reporting software
- Excellent communication skills for conflict resolution and customer interaction
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
