Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve billing inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Prepare daily reports and reconcile financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest requests with exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if required for errands)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
