Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative trend analysis models predicting market shifts 2024-2026
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 3 emerging technology verticals
- Lead executive workshops translating foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D on prototyping future-state solutions
- Author annual 'Horizon Scan' reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in methodology and critical thinking
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic and research institutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Experience with biotech/AI convergence or climate tech modeling
- Portfolio of trend analysis projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
