- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) with enterprise impact potential
- Create executive-ready visualizations and narratives of future landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market challenges
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author quarterly horizon scanning reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successful technology adoption forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
