Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities and risks through 2026
- Develop and maintain comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience and growth
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Lead innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry conferences, and published research
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align product development with long-term market evolution

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight-to-strategy translation for complex organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional development
