- Produce executive-level scenario analyses and trend reports for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations aligned with 2026 technology horizons
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and researchers
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical discipline
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
